anti-subsidy investigation on solar panel imports from China, in
addition to the anti-dumping investigation it launched in early
September 2012. China launched an investigation on 1 November 2012 into
polysilicon imports from the EU; and on 5 November 2012 China lodged a
complaint with the World Trade Organisation regarding local content
requirements in some EU countries. EPIA is maintaining a neutral
position in all of these disputes.]]>
