One year after implementation, has development of renewables been made less bureaucratic?

The PV LEGAL Final European Forum took place in Brussels on 8 February 2012. The event drew attention to the Renewable Energy Sources (RES) Directive and how it had been implemented one year after the transposition deadline.

Representatives from the European Commission, EURELECTRIC, BMU and EWEA will take part in a panel debate, moderated by renowned environmental journalist Nadia Weekes.
