10 & 11 September 2009, Hotel “La Palma”, Stresa, Italy
In the framework of the European Integrated Project PERFORMANCE, the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission organized with the support of EPIA, a workshop on the power measurement of PV modules in the industry. Experts from the most knowledgeable EU test and measurement centre's in photovoltaic's, presented the basis of power measurement for crystalline silicon and Thin Film technologies. They also indicate the most reliable and accurate procedures and the latest findings on how to treat (pre-conditioning) and measure innovative Thin Film technologies.
Following extensive work from the project consortium including a series of surveys with the entire photovoltaic industrial this workshop presented the state of the art and best practice guidelines for power measurement in the PV industry. The presentations are available here…
