French Photovoltaic Symposium “Towards a sustainable development of the photovoltaic sector in France”

The European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA) has combined this year its Annual General Meeting (AGM) with a National Photovoltaic Symposium in France.

The choice of France, in particular the Département Savoie, in the Région Rhône Alpes, was taken with respect to the importance of this region for the PV market in France.

The EPIA AGM combined with the organisation of the National Photovoltaic Symposium “Towards a sustainable development of the photovoltaic sector in France”, gathered the major stakeholders of he European PV sector in the city of Aix-les-Bains.

The development of the photovoltaic market in France is at a crucial stage and with the right support and advice from experts, decision-makers and the PV industry the right path can be chosen for the take-off of the PV market in France. Thus, EPIA organised the French Photovoltaic Symposium, gathering French and international stakeholders to present and discuss the most essential topics for the PV market in France.

This national photovoltaic symposium jointly organised by EPIA and the main French Actors involved in the photovoltaic sector aimed to present the state of the market and the growth potential to French and European professionals.
